Through a mix of storytelling and science, this booklet breaks down how nicotine affects the teenage brain, why stress can fuel unhealthy coping behaviors, and how addiction loops form, all in a way that feels approachable, relatable, and real instead of clinical or fear-based.
The booklet is currently being distributed for free through schools, libraries, clinics, and youth spaces to make mental health education more accessible for adolescents.
